A young couple getting married in the UK seem nice enough, but not like “rule an Empire” nice.

The couple have been getting a lot of media attention in recent months because they seem like alright people and also so does the groom’s mum.

There have been doubts raised, however, about whether you could say the couple are like nice enough to literally be the some of the most powerful people in the world.

“They seem lovely and I’m so happy for them,” said one commentator in New Delhi.

“But I don’t know if I would trust them to hold the kind of position that once justified the massacre of peaceful protesters seeking independence from a brutal Empire you know what I mean?”

“She does look stunning though,” he went on.

Supporters of the couple have argued for their niceness, and also for the continued attention on them like it in any way matters.

“Seeing a couple of people who are nice-looking and who also seem nice too get married is like nice, you know what I mean?” said one supporter.

“It reminds people of the good old days when nice people did nice things like get married and hold enough power to invade a country and decimate an indigenous people.”

“And besides doesn’t she look stunning though too?” he went on.
